Dromaeolus cylindricollis (Say, 1836)
In Canada, this infrequently collected eucnemid species was previously known from Ontario and Québec. In the United States, D. cylindricollis has been recorded from Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin ( Otto 2022b; Wickham 1911). The single new state record is for and reported for South Carolina. One specimen was taken from a flight intercept trap placed in South Carolina.
