Capsus fulvipennis Kirschbaum, 1856: 336 View in CoL (n. sp.).

I have examined specimens of this species from the Crimean region of the Ukraine, determined by I. M. Kerzhner. The male genitalia are illustrated in figure 39. They are similar in form to those of P. chrysanthemi View in CoL .

HOSTS: Echium sp. (Boraginaceae) (Wagner, 1975); Echium sp. , Galium sp. (Rubiaceae) (Taminini, 1981); Echium vulgare (Kerzhner, 1964) .
