Diagnosis. Aedeagus curved subbasally and subapically, with pubescence distally, acute apically ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle yellowish brown, with 4–8 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish brown to brown. Pedicel mostly yellowish brown; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus brownish medially, dark brown laterally. Palpus brownish yellow. Mesonotum brownish yellow to yellowish brown, with brown, longitudinal stripes laterally ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A, B), sometimes dark brown medially ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A). Postpronotal lobe yellow ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C, D). Acrostichal setulae in 10–12 irregular rows ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A, B). Scutellum brownish yellow to yellowish brown, dark brown laterally, yellow at tip ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A, B). Pleura with a brown, longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C, D). Katepisternum and mesopleuron (meron in Huang et al. 2013a, b) mostly brownish yellow; mesopleuron with a brownish patch ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C, D). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 5–8 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites black, with yellow patches ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 A). Male terminalia: Epandrium nearly entirely pubescent, with 17 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 A). Hypandrium with long pubescence anteriorly ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 B). Paramere with 6 sensilla submediodorsally ( Fig. 18 View FIGURE 18 C).

BL = 3.53–4.13 mm in ♂, 3.43–4.33 mm in ♀ (range in 5♂ and 5♀), THL = 1.60–2.13 mm in ♂, 1.63–2.13 mm in ♀, WL = 2.83–3.60 mm in ♂, 3.00– 3.93 mm in ♀, WW = 1.30–1.63 mm in ♂, 1.37–1.83 mm in ♀, arb = 6–8/3–4, avd = 0.76–0.93, adf = 1.41–1.76, flw = 1.45–1.78, FW/HW = 0.42–0.47, ch/o = 0.05–0.07, prorb = 0.64–0.90, rcorb = 0.62–0.94, vb = 0.31–0.42, dcl = 0.42–0.65, presctl = 0.44–0.73, sctl = 1.11–1.49, sterno = 0.64–0.89, orbito = 1.69–2.20, dcp = 0.24–0.36, sctlp = 0.92–1.35, C = 2.13–2.65, 4c = 1.23–1.53, 4v = 1.90–2.40, 5x = 0.96–1.14, ac = 2.41–2.88, M = 0.54–0.63, C3F = 0.81–0.86.
