Diagnosis. Wing R2+3 vein without patch apically in male ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 E, F); paramere nearly triangular, broad basally, acute apically ( Fig. 22 View FIGURE 22 C); aedeagus slender, nearly entirely pubescent ( Fig. 22 View FIGURE 22 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle yellowish brown, with 3–5 setae above ocellar setae. Frons brownish to brown. Pedicel brown; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus dark brown. Palpus brownish yellow. Mesonotum yellowish brown, brown before scutellum ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 C). Postpronotal lobe brownish ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 D). Acrostichal setulae in 14–16 irregular rows ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 C). Scutellum yellowish brown to brown, black along margin ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 C). Pleura with a brown, longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 D). Katepisternum and mesopleuron mostly brownish yellow ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 D). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 E, F): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 5–7 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown, with yellow patches ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 F). Male terminalia: Epandrium with pubescence and 10 setae near posterior and ventral margin per side ( Fig. 22 View FIGURE 22 A). Paramere nearly triangular, lacking pubescence, with 7 sensilla distally ( Fig. 22 View FIGURE 22 C).

BL = 3.27–4.07 mm in ♂, 3.17–3.67 mm in ♀ (range in 5♂ and 5♀), THL = 1.70–2.20 mm in ♂, 1.57–1.83 mm in ♀, WL = 2.67–3.73 mm in ♂, 2.60–3.02 mm in ♀, WW = 1.17–1.67 mm in ♂, 1.18–1.38 mm in ♀, arb = 7–10/3–4, avd = 0.77–0.94, adf = 1.53–2.00, flw = 1.60–1.94, FW/HW = 0.35–0.40, ch/o = 0.02–0.03, prorb = 0.52–0.65, rcorb = 0.53–0.74, vb = 0.32–0.50, dcl = 0.32–0.53, presctl = 0.45–0.59, sctl = 1.15–1.58, sterno = damaged (0.69–0.81), orbito = 1.50–2.40, dcp = 0.19–0.31, sctlp = 1.10–1.24, C = 1.89–2.15, 4c = 1.41–1.71, 4v = 1.98–2.54, 5x = 0.91–1.33, ac = 2.67–3.63, M = 0.56–0.67, C3F = 0.91–0.98.
