Leucophenga multipunctata Chen & Aotsuka, 2003: 152 View in CoL .

Diagnosis. Paramere slightly wavy dorsally, acute apically ( Fig. 20 View FIGURE 20 C); katepisternum and mesopleuron mostly yellow; mesopleuron with a small, brownish patch ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 I). This species is similar to L. latifascia sp. nov. in the patterns of wing and abdominal tergites ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 C; fig. 1C in Chen & Aotsuka 2003); see lower that species.

Description. Ocellar triangle brownish yellow, with 4 setae above ocellar setae. Frons brownish yellow. Pedicel brownish yellow; first flagellomere yellow. Clypeus brownish yellow medially, brown laterally. Palpus brownish yellow. Mesonotum yellowish brown, slightly brown before scutellum ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 H). Postpronotal lobe yellow ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 I). Acrostichal setulae in 13–15 irregular rows ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 H). Scutellum brown, dark brown laterally and pale at tip ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 H). Pleura with a brown, longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 I). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 C): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 4–5 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Mid and hindlegs brown on knees. Abdominal tergites dark brown, with yellow patches ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 D). Male terminalia: Epandrium with 5 setae near posterior margin and sparse pubescence near ventral margin per side ( Fig. 20 View FIGURE 20 A). Paramere with 4 sensilla distally ( Fig. 20 View FIGURE 20 C). Aedeagus strong and straight basally, with thick pubescence and round apically ( Fig. 20 View FIGURE 20 D).
