Diagnosis. Abdominal 2nd tergite nearly entirely yellow ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 L); aedeagus clothed with thick pubescence ( Fig. 26 View FIGURE 26 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle dark brown, with 1–2 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellow to brownish yellow. Pedicel brownish yellow; first flagellomere yellow. Palpus black and large in female than in male. Clypeus yellowish brown. Mesonotum brownish yellow, brown before scutellum ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C). Postpronotal lobe yellow ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 D). Acrostichal setulae in 10–12 irregular rows ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C). Scutellum yellowish brown, dark laterally, pale at tip ( Fig 7 View FIGURE 7 C, D). Pleura yellowish, brown below wing ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C). Wing ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 J): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 6–7 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal 3rd to 5th tergites black, with yellow patches ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 L). Male terminalia: Epandrium nearly entirely pubescent, with numerous (ca. 24) setae dorsally per side ( Fig. 26 View FIGURE 26 A). Paramere with 6 sensilla mediodorsally ( Fig. 26 View FIGURE 26 C).

Measurements. BL = 3.07–3.33 mm in ♂, 3.27–3.50 mm in ♀ (range in 4♂ and 2♀), THL = 1.43–1.53 mm in ♂, 1.50–1.67 mm in ♀, WL = 2.40–2.80 mm in ♂, 2.70–2.83 mm in ♀, WW = 1.17–1.23 mm in ♂, 1.13 mm in ♀, arb = 7–8/3–4, avd = 0.86–0.96, adf = 1.65–2.25, flw = 1.76–2.00, FW/HW = 0.34–0.37, ch/o = 0.02–0.03, prorb = 0.46–0.61, rcorb = 0.63–0.71, vb = 0.41–0.48, dcl = 0.41–0.55, presctl = 0.44–0.55, sctl = 1.14–1.29, sterno = 0.52–0.74, orbito = 2.10–2.56, dcp = 0.23–0.30, sctlp = 0.89–1.06, C = 2.20–2.63, 4c = 1.16–1.32, 4v = 1.67–2.03, 5x = 0.77–0.89, ac = 2.26–2.59, M = 0.43–0.47, C3F = 0.95–0.99.
