Morphology

The trunk is up to 2.5 mm long. Musculature of the tail is wide. A postcardial caecum is present dorso-genitally. There are wide bays between the genital parts of the left and right lobes of the stomach. The gonads are positioned next to the stomach lobes and the rectum extends beyond the oral wall of the stomach (authors’ personal observations ( Marine Species Identification Portal 2017).
