Diagnosis. Head with long antennae, clavate; pronotum trapezoidal, longer than wide; forewing with 2–3 presectoral crossveins; Rs arises before CuA fork; 2A with several branches running in a fairly even curve toward to 3A; anterior Banksian line distinct and without posterior Banksian line; hind wing with 1 presectoral crossveins; anterior Banksian line distinct, male with pilula axillaris; legs slender, spurs straight, curved at apex, subequal to first tarsomere, claws bent back.

Redescription. Male: forewing 34–42 mm, hind wing 36–44 mm

Female: forewing 35–43 mm, hind wing 37–45 mm

Head: Vertex dark brown, sometimes with yellow stripes, inflated; antennae long and clavate; compound eye dark with black spots, Face dark brown, abrum, maxillary and labial palpi black, sometimes yellowish; thorax: pronotum trapezoidal, longer than wide; yello with black spots and dense black and white setae; wings: hyaline with several markings, veins yellow and black forewing costal area simple, widened towards apex, forewing with 2–3 presectoral crossveins; Rs arises before CuA fork; 2A with several branches running in a fairly even curve toward to 3A; anterior Banksian line distinct and without posterior Banksian line; hind wing with 1 presectoral crossveins; anterior Banksian line distinct, male with pilula axillaris; legs: long and slender; spurs straight, curved at apex, subequal to first tarsomere, claws bent back, 1st tarsomere equals to 5 th tarsomere; abdomen: shorter than hind wings, dark brown; male genitalia: onarcus strongly bended, basal part of parameres combined, mediuncus ossification strong, developed; female terminalia: ectoproct narrow, 8-interior gonapophysis short, 8-external gonapophysis finger-like.
