Material examined: Spain: Almeria, Alhama, 5 km W, 28. III.1966, 1 ɗ, L. Lyneborg leg.; Granada, Barranco de Algairobo, 12 km SW Orgiva, 25. IV.1966, 1 specimen, L. Lyneborg, O. Martin & S. Langemark leg., all J. Starý det.

Distribution: Widespread in the Palaearctic as far east as Iran, also known from Canada. First records from mainland Spain (so far known from Canary Is. only).
