Material examined: Greece (Karpathos): 1 km S Volada, 9 km N Karpathos, 600 m, dry river valley, 29. IV.1990, 1 ɗ, 1Ψ; Katodio, 14 km N Karpathos, 300 m, spring and irrigation valley, 26. IV.1990, 1 ɗ, all P. Oosterbroek & C. Hartveld leg., J. Starý det.

Distribution: Widespread in Europe except for Fennoscandia, also known from North Africa, Turkey (Mugla) and Israel. First records for Greece (Karpathos) (so far known from Crete only).
