Record associated with mangroves: Kota Batu, Sungai Brunei Estuary and Bay, Brunei Darussalam, on mud flat and in algae covering the pneumatophores of Avicennia marina mangroves ( Chatterjee et al. 2012b). End of Lim Chu Kang Road, Singapore, among red and green algae (Ceramialis and Cladophorales ) on basal part of Avicennia trunk, mid-tide zone ( Bartsch 2015).
Distribution: Brunei Darussalam.
