26. Conicera microspinulosa sp. nov. ( Figs. 21F–L View FIGURES 21 )

Description. Male. Frons brown. Supra-antennal setae present. Lower interfrontal setae shorter than upper interfrontal setae and the distance between each other equaled to that between upper interfrontal setae. Lower fronto-orbital setae present, which shorter than supra-antennal setae and closed to upper fronto-orbital setae. First flagellomere brown, 0.165 mm long, with an aspect ratio of 1.58:1; arista 0.40 mm long, 2.40 times as long as that of first flagellomere. Palpus yellowish brown, with 5 short setae apically.

Thorax brown. Mid and hind legs brown, fore leg yellowish brown. Fore tibia with 8 small near-dorsal setulae, the uppermost being longer than the rest. Mid femur without sense-organ. Wing length 1.30 mm. Costal index 0.35, costal ratio 2.45:1, costal setulae length 0.050 –0.060 mm. Rs with basisetula. Veins brown, except A 1 +CuA 2 whitish gray. Membrane tinged light gray. Halter brown.

Abdominal tergites brown. Terminalia ( Figs. 21F–H View FIGURES 21 ) brown. Left surstylus ( Figs. 21I, K View FIGURES 21 ) not contracted basally, arc-shaped apically, incurved, with 16–20 microspines. Right surstylus ( Figs. 21J, L View FIGURES 21 ) arc-shaped apically, incurved, with 16–20 microspines arranged in 2–3 rows and with basidorsal process.

Body length 1.38 mm.

Female. Unknown.

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin words micro (tiny) and spinulosus (small thorns), indicating the characters of the surstyli.

Specimens examined. Holotype, ♂, Liaoning, Fushun, Xinbin , 20-Jun-2015, Zhiqiang Cheng.

Distribution. China (Liaoning).

Remarks. The species is similar to C. floricola Schmitz, 1938b , it differs from the latter by non-contracted base of left surstylus and many microspines of right surstylus.
