Type locality and habitat. G. pulchellus : unspecified type locality, in humus; L. bermudaensis : Pembroke Parish, Bermuda Islands, Atlantic Ocean, in an orchard of Musa sp. [ Musaceae ] and in a grove of Cedrus sp. [ Pinaceae ].
