Specimens examined. 3 females, Japan, Hyogo Pref., Mikage, on catlleya, 7­v­1937, Matsumoto (Kurosawa collection in National Institute for Agro­Environmental Sciences).

Comments. This species can be distinguished easily from other members of the genus by having a small coarse­grained dark area on each side of abdominal sterna V and VI.
