Tergite IX with 5 strong median setae and 6 setae at base of anal point. Laterosternite with 4 setae. Anal point broad, apically rounded, without lateral projections. Superior volsella 78 µm long, 68 µm wide, goblet-shaped, hollow; covered with microtrichia, with 19 setae on distal margin. Inferior volsella 170 µm long, digitiform, apex narrowed, with 22 long setae. Gonostylus apex narrowed, with 10 long setae along inner margin. HR 1.00, HV 1.36.
Distribution. The species distributes in a sea island of Zhejiang Province, Oriental China.
Remarks. This species resembles P. (T.) harteni Andersen & Mendes, 2010 but is separated from the latter by goblet-shaped superior volsella (pediform in P. (T.) harteni ), the gonostylus slender and apex narrowed (apex rounded and swollen in P. (T.) harteni ), anal point with 6 setae at base (anal point with two row of short dorsal setae, each row with 8–10 setae in P. (T.) harteni ).
