Lipotriches triodonta View in CoL is known from the Afrotropical ( Cameroon, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Niger, Senegal) and Palaearctic ( Yemen) region. PAULY (1984: 697; 1990: 137; 1999: 127) has overlooked, that the record of Trinomia triodonta from Obock (leg. Jousseaume) belongs to the type series of Nomia cirrita (see also PESENKO 1997: 481).
