Rameshkumar, Mangifera indica L. orchard, yellow pan trap (1 female, EDAU) ; Tamil Nadu, Cuddalore, Jeyamkondapattinam , 14.viii.2011, C. Menakadevi, weedy field, Malaise trap (1 female, EDAU) ; Kerala, Calicut, Peruvayal , 19.xii.2008, K. Rajmohana, paddy field, Malaise trap (1 female, EDAU) .
World distribution. In addition to the above new records from India, Dicopomorpha is recorded from the Nearctic region ( Huber 1997), Australasian and eastern Palearctic regions ( Triapitsyn & Berezovskiy 2004), and Afrotropical region ( Huber 2009).
