Chorotype. Type 7 [3.01 of Vigna Taglianti et al. (1999)]. Mediterranean and Atlantic Islands .

Italian distribution. Sardinia only.

Notes. Only previously known from the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands (Mallorca) ( Chandler & Ribeiro 1995).
