Clypeus with apical margin between sublateral teeth broadly rounded, without any notch or protuberance ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A); its subapical part densely foveolate and somewhat deeply depressed, forming broad groove. Pygidial plate an isosceles triangle in shape, its apical margin broadly rounded. Body black except for ferruginous median parts of mandible, entire palpi, tegula, and spurs and spines of all legs.

Male. As in female, but different in following details. Body length 17.0–18.0 mm. LID approximately half length of flagellomere I ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 B). MID ca. 6.4 × as long as LID. Bristles on pygidial plate pale golden or silvery. Apicomedian parts of clypeus slightly produced, forming short reversed trapezoidal tubercle whose apical margin is slightly emarginated ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 B). Genitalia as in Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 A: gonocoxite wide, its distal part spatula-like; middle part of aedeagus, in dorsal view, somewhat strongly constricted and distal part oval in shape.
