Description. ♂ ( Figs 31 View FIGURE 31 A–C). Fully winged; body length 2.8 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except most part of coxae black. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:5:13:14:13:12:10:9:8:10. Head shiny, completely sculptured by longitudinal subparallel keels on frons, vertex and temple ( Fig. 31C View FIGURE 31 ); frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 7; TL = 10; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Mesoscutum shiny, with anterior half reticulate rugose; posterior half, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum dull, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc ( Fig. 31B View FIGURE 31 ) reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein about as long as proximal part, about as long as antennomere 3. Paramere ( Fig. 29E View FIGURE 29 ) with many sensorial processes on inner margin of distal part. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
