Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.8 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa basally black. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:12:9:9:8:6:6:5:5. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; occasionally posterior region of vertex near occipital carina shiny and sculptured by longitudinal keels; frontal line present; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 8; OPL = 8; TL = 9. Pronotum setose, very short. Mesoscutum shiny, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; 2r-rs&Rs vein curvilinear, with distal part longer than proximal part (13:10). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 15:3.5:3:10:15; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 26D View FIGURE 26 ) without teeth, or bristles, or setae, or lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 26D View FIGURE 26 ) with one row of approximately 52 small lamellae extending continuously to apex; apex with 3 long lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
♂. Fully GoogleMaps winged; body length 2.7–2.9 mm. Head GoogleMaps black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa basally black. In GoogleMaps specimen from Madagascar, 23°10.78’S 43°37.01’E, head black, except mandible testaceous; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora partly brown. Antenna GoogleMaps filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:10:8:8:8:6:6:5:7. Head GoogleMaps dull, completely reticulate rugose; posterior region of vertex near occipital carina shiny and sculptured by longitudinal keels situated among the ocelli; frontal line present; occipital carina complete; POL = 9; OL = 5; OOL = 8; OPL = 9; TL = 10. Pronotum GoogleMaps setose, very short. Mesoscutum GoogleMaps completely reticulate rugose. Notauli GoogleMaps absent (in specimen from Madagascar, 23°10.78’S 43°37.01’E, notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5 × length of mesoscutum). Mesoscutellum GoogleMaps and metanotum strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures (in specimen from Madagascar, 23°10.78’S 43°37.01’E, mesoscutellum partly rugose). Metapectal-propodeal GoogleMaps disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing GoogleMaps hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs& Rs vein longer than proximal part (13:11). Paramere ( Fig. 27E View FIGURE 27 ) without proximal membranous process, in lateral view similar to that of Conganteon vulcanicum Benoit. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
