Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.4–3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1–5 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa brownish; occasionally also meso- and metacoxa, femora and tibiae brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:5:5:4:4:4:5:5:5:7. Head dull, granulate, with slight areolae near clypeus; frontal line present; frons without lateral keels; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 5; OOL = 5 OPL = 5; TL = 4. Pronotum flat, dull, granulate; anterior surface shorter than posterior surface (5:10); posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (10:14); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, unsculptured, with lateral regions granulate. Notauli absent, or slightly visible and incomplete, reaching almost 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity slightly reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with one dark transverse band around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:6). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 6:2:3:8:16. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 44C View FIGURE 44 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 44C View FIGURE 44 ) with basal part shorter than apical part (6:10), with two rows of 26 lamellae; apex with 7 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

♂. Fully winged; body length 1.1–1.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1 or 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform, almost moniliform; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:3:4. Head dull, completely granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5.5; OL = 3; OOL = 3; OPL = 1; TL = 2. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli incomplete, shortly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, strongly reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, completely reticulate rugose, with areolae less wide than those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (1:5). Paramere ( Fig. 46C View FIGURE 46 ) without distal inner pointed process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
