Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 1.9–2.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testa- ceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa and club of metafemur partly darkened. In specimen from Kenya, 00°20.56’N 34°52.12’E, legs totally testaceous. Antenna filiform, with setae longer than breadth of antennomeres; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:7:7.5:7:7:7:7:7:6.5:10. Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 2.5; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Mesoscutum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with surface near anterior margin weakly (in holotype) or strongly (in specimen from Kenya, 00°20.56’N 34°52.12’E) rugose; occasionally mesoscutum partly granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.25 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity completely reticulate rugose, usually with left longitudinal keel hardly visible and right longitudinal keel absent, rarely with two complete longitudinal keels; usually longitudinal keels of propodeal declivity irregular. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:10). Paramere ( Fig. 77E View FIGURE 77 ) with distal inner rounded process; dorsal membranous process with distal area setose ( Fig. 77E View FIGURE 77 ). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
