Description. ♂ ( Fig. 74C View FIGURE 74 ). Fully winged; body length 1.6–1.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; an- tenna brown, except scape and pedicel slightly testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs of holotype testaceous, except metafemur and metatibia darkened; legs of paratype brown, except tarsi testaceous (with tarsomere 5 brown). Antenna filiform, with setae partly longer than breadth of antennomeres; antennomeres in following proportions: 8.5:4:4:4:4:4.5:4.5:4.5:4.5:7.5. Head dull, granulate and reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons without lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 2; TL = 2; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OL (2:3). Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with anterior region near pronotum rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.25 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, dull; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, completely reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:6). Paramere ( Fig. 75A View FIGURE 75 ) with distal inner rounded lobe not covered with papillae, with few papillae situated on inner margin ( Fig. 75B View FIGURE 75 ). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
