Hosts. Cicadellidae ( Guglielmino et al. 2013) : in Namibia: Aconurella compta (Naudé) ; Exitianus nanus (Distant) and E. okahandia Ross.

Distribution. Cape Verde Islands, Kenya, Namibia, Niger, Senegal, South Africa.

Remarks. The leafhopppers captured in Namibia and parasitized by P. paulyi possessed a single large black thylacium situated dorsally between the head and the pronotum ( Fig. 81A View FIGURE 81 ). Based on the presence of a proximal inner branch wrapping the aedeagus, the ♂ of this species is very similar to Deinodryinus tussaci Olmi from Morocco. However, the distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein is shorter in D. tussaci than in D. paulyi .
