Description. ♂ ( Fig. 95C View FIGURE 95 ). Fully winged; body length 1.6–1.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; an- tenna testaceous-brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; pro- and mesoleg yellow; metaleg testaceous-brown, except coxa brown. Antenna filiform, with setae about as long as breadth of antennomeres; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:3.5:6:5:5:4:5:5:4.5:7. Head shiny, very strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures; areolae of frons and vertex very deep (head almost rugose); frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 2.5; TL = 2; greatest breadth of posterior ocellus as long as OPL. Mesoscutum and mesoscutellum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels, with usually median area partly smooth, shiny and unsculptured (occasionally median area dull, completely rugose). Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (9:7). Paramere ( Fig. 88F View FIGURE 88 ) with two large and long apical inner branches (one of these branches showing few papillae situated mainly on inner margin; second branch showing mosaic sculpture; volsellae situated between two above branches; inner apical branch of paramere with apex very large). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
