Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 2.5–3.5 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel or also flagellomere 1 testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs completely testaceous (occasionally metacoxa and metafemur partly brown; in specimen from Uganda, 00°33.836’N 30°21.700’E, meso- and metatibia and meso- and metafemur partly brown). Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 12:5:7:5:5:6:6:6:6:8. Head shiny, reticulate rugose; frontal line present; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 4; TL = 2. Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose; posterior surface approximately as long as anterior surface, shorter than mesoscutum (7:15); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures (in specimen from Uganda, 00°33.836’N 30°21.700’E, mesoscutum shiny, sculptured by many deep punctures, similar to areolae, unsculptured among punctures). Notauli very short, faintly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (2:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 10:1.5:2:3:8. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 53B View FIGURE 53 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 53B View FIGURE 53 ) with basal part much longer than apical part (7:1), with some bristles and four distal lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
