Anteon griswoldi Olmi 2004d: 92 ; Azevedo et al. 2010: 877. Description. ♂ ( Fig. 47E View FIGURE 47 ). Fully winged; body length 1.7–3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; an- tenna testaceous-brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; pro- and mesolegs testaceous; metalegs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora partly brown; metatibia darkened (in large specimen (3.0 mm) from Madagascar, 14°26.12’S 49°46.30’E, legs testaceous, except basal part of metacoxa, club of metafemur and metatibia brownish). Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:4:4:5:4.5:5:4.5:5:4.5:7. Head shiny, irregularly sculptured by striae and keels, unsculptured among striae and keels (in specimen from Madagascar, 14°26.29’S 49°46.44’E, head granulate and reticulate rugose); frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 2; OOL = 4; OPL = 2; TL = 2. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, uns- culptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.3 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectalpropodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose, dull; propodeal declivity shiny, with two longitudinal keels and with median area very slightly rugose; lateral areas slightly rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:7). Paramere ( Fig. 51B View FIGURE 51 ) with distal inner pointed process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
