Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.0– 2.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous (with teeth brown); antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; tegula and legs testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 20:11:13:13:11:11:11:12:12:19. Head shiny, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line present; frons with two lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 2; TL = 2. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, very slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.4–0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Mesopleuron and metapleuron rugose, with posterior surface unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels, median area shiny, smooth and sculptured by some keels near margins, lateral areas reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (3:6). Paramere ( Figs 69A, B ) without distal inner process, with large dorsal proximal membranous process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: ♂ holotype: SEYCHELLES: Mahé Island , top of Mount Sebert, about 2000 ft., 16.I.1909 ( NHMUK) . Other material: SEYCHELLES: Mahé Island , Mont Copolia, 04°39.04’S 55°27.30’E, 520 m, 8–11.II.2010, MT in forest, BLF24027, B.L. Fisher et al. leg ., 5♂♂ (3 in CAS, 2 in MOLC) .
