Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 1.9–3.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testa- ceous, except antennomeres 6–10 or 7–10 brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly brown; occasionally legs testaceous, except stalk of metafemur and all arolia brown. In specimen from Madagascar, 18°55.58’S 48°24.47’E, legs and antenna testaceous (except antennomere 10 slightly darkened). Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:4:3:3:3:4:4:3.5:4:5. Head shiny, reticulate rugose; frontal line present; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 3; TL = 3. Pronotum rugose; posterior surface almost completely smooth and unsculptured in holotype, slightly granulate in specimen from Madagascar, 21°13.57’S 47°22.19’E, rugose in specimen from Madagascar, 20°10’40’’S 47°05’18’’E; posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (3: 12 in holotype; 3: 9 in specimen from Madagascar, 21°13.57’S 47°22.19’E; 3: 14 in specimen from Madagascar, 20°10’40’’S 47°05’18’’E); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, slightly (in holotype) or strongly (in specimens from Madagascar, 21°13.57’S 47°22.19’E and 18°55.58’S 48°24.47’E) granulate. In specimens from Madagascar, 21°13.57’S 47°22.19’E, MA-02-09A-35, and 20°10’40’’S 47°05’18’’E, mesoscutum granulate and with very slight irregular longitudinal folds. In specimen from Madagascar, 12°15.46’S 49°23.51’E, mesoscutum alutaceous, with slight irregular folds, not granulate. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (1:7). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 6:1.5:1.5:1.5:6. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 63C View FIGURE 63 ) longer than protarsomere 5, with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 63C View FIGURE 63 ) with basal part much longer than apical part (4.5:1.5), with 6–17 lamellae (6 in the holotype; 17 in specimen from Madagascar, 21°13.57’S 47°22.19’E) and some bristles (in specimen from Madagascar, 20°10’40’’S 47°05’18’’’E, lamellae present on apex; proximal and medial region with bristles, some of which very broad and similar to lamellae). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
