( Figs 137D View FIGURE 137 , 138 View FIGURE 138 )

Diagnosis. ♀ of Dryinus with head mostly black; frons granulate and rugose; lateral ocelli not touching occipital carina; POL approximately twice as long as OL; temple absent; head (dorsally viewed) with lateral ocelli located in front of imaginary straight line joining posterior edges of eyes; mesosoma black; mesoscutum shiny, with lateral areas sculptured by many subparallel longitudinal keels, and median area punctate, unsculptured among punctures; forewing with distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein less than 3 × as long as proximal part; metapectal-propodeal disc short, about as long as propodeal declivity; protarsomere 1 slightly shorter than 4; enlarged claw slightly shorter than protarsomere 5, with one big subapical tooth big ( Fig. 137D View FIGURE 137 ).

Description. ♀ ( Fig. 138 View FIGURE 138 ). Fully winged; body length 6.3 mm. Head black, except mandible and anterior margin of clypeus testaceous-yellow; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1 and 6–10 testaceous-whitish; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except mesotarsomere 1 of meso- and metalegs testaceous-whitish. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 14:7:51:32:24:17:13:11:9:12. ADOs present in antennomeres 5–10. Head weakly excavated, dull, granulate and rugose ( Fig. 138C View FIGURE 138 ); occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle and on sides of lateral ocelli, laterally not reaching eyes, reaching about 0.5 length of OOL; occiput slightly concave; temple absent; frontal line complete; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 10; OPL = 1; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli longer than OPL (4:1). Pronotum shiny, crossed by two weak transverse impressions; anterior collar sculptured by many longitudinal striae; lateral regions granulate and sculptured by many longitudinal striae; disc sculptured by many longitudinal striae; posterior collar very short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, with lateral areas sculptured by many subparallel longitudinal keels; median area punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.8 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, with anterior half rugose and posterior half unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, with about as long as propodeal declivity, without transverse posterior keel, sculptured by many subparallel longitudinal keels; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (21:18). Hind wing with distal third darkened. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 27:5:11:29:46. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 137D View FIGURE 137 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 19 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 137D View FIGURE 137 ) with two rows of 22 lamellae; apex with at least 25 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
