♀. Unknown.

Material examined. Type: ♂ holotype: DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO: Sankuru , Komi, I.1930, J. Ghesquière leg. ( MRAC) .

Hosts. Unknown.

Distribution. Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Remarks. The complete occipital carina and the characters of the forewing place this species within Dryinus . For this reason, a new combination for Lestodryinus luweli is presented above ( Lestodryinus and Dryinus are synonyms). In the Afrotropical region, the genus Dryinus is divided into three groups based on ♀♀. The ♀ of this species is unknown, so that it is impossible to place it in a group. Out of necessity it has to be included among the incertae sedis species.
