Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:6:29:16:14:11:9:8:6.5:9 (holotype); 9:4:16:7:7:6:5:5:4:6 (in small specimen (4.0 mm) from Namibia, 21°10.77’S 14°32.87’E); ADOs present on antennomeres 5–10. Head flat, shiny, reticulate rugose or granulate and with slight tracks of irregular striae; vertex around the occipital carina sculptured by short and slight longitudinal striae; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; holotype with POL = 3.5; OL = 2.5; OOL = 11; OPL = 2.5; TL = 5; in small specimen (4.0 mm) from Namibia, 21°10.77’S 14°32.87’E, POL = 2.5; OL = 1.5; OOL = 7; OPL = 2; TL = 3; in specimen from Uganda, Kampala, POL = 5; OL = 9. Pronotum ( Fig. 143E View FIGURE 143 ) shiny, smooth, slightly humped, crossed by slight anterior and posterior transverse impressions; anterior collar long; posterior collar very short; anterior collar and lateral regions of pronotum with few slight longitudinal striae, unsculptured among striae; disc of pronotum unsculptured; posterior transverse impression of pronotum crossed by short longitudinal keels; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, slightly granulate, completely reticulate rugose or with tracks of very slight areolae on lateral regions. Notauli usually absent; occasionally notauli hardly visible, incomplete, approximately reaching 0.65 × length of mesoscutum (notauli hardly visible in large specimens with mesoscutum strongly reticulate rugose; notauli distinct in small specimens with mesoscutum slightly rugose). Mesoscutellum dull, reticulate rugose or slightly granulate. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse keels, slightly shorter than propodeal declivity (13:17); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two incomplete longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, completely yellowish, usually without dark bands or spots; occasionally forewing with two small dark transverse bands or with one small dark spot around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (10: 7 in holotype; 8: 7 in small specimen (4.0 mm) from Namibia, 21°10.77’S 14°32.87’E). Protarsomeres of holotype in following proportions: 36:4:8:16:26; 20:3:6:10: 18 in small specimen (4.0 mm) from Namibia, 21°10.77’S 14°32.87’E. Head dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 9; OL = 4.5; OOL = 6; OPL = 2; TL = 2; temple very short. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose, with areolae less large than ocelli. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose and propodeal declivity, without keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (12:10).
