Description. ♀ ( Figs 145C, D View FIGURE 145 ). Fully winged; body length 6.2–6.5 mm. Head black, except mandible and clyp- eus testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 8–10 darkened; mesosoma black; metasoma black; legs brown-testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora dark. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 14:7:33:14:12:10:9:9:8:10. Head dull, setose, rugose and sculptured by short irregular keels; occipital carina complete, laterally reaching posterior margin of eyes; temple absent. Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, setose. Mesoscutum shiny, unsculptured. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum unsculpured. Metanotum smooth, with some areolae near anterior margin. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two long longitudinal keels and median area rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; pterostigma about 5 × as long as broad (14:2.5). Protarsomere 1 shorter than 4 (11:14). Protrochanter about twice as long as broad (8:4). Enlarged claw ( Fig. 147B View FIGURE 147 ) without subdistal teeth and lamellae, with many bristles. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 147B View FIGURE 147 ) with 2–3 rows of approximately 63 lamellae extending continuously to apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

♂ ( Figs 146A, B View FIGURE 146 ): fully winged; body length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible yellow; antenna with antennomeres 1–6 yellow (antennomeres 7–10 missing in unique known ♂); mesosoma black; metasoma brownblack; legs yellow. Antennomeres 1–6 in following proportions: 5:4:14:10:10:9. Head reticulate rugose; mandible tridentate, with one rudimentary intermediate tooth ( Fig. 8D View FIGURE 8 ); occipital carina complete, reaching posterior margins of eyes; temple absent. Mesoscutum reticulate rugose. Notauli very slightly visible only on anterior half of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum granulate. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; pterostigma more than 3 × as long as broad (25:7). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: ♀ holotype: MADAGASCAR: Toliara, Bekily , III.1951, A. Seyrig leg. ( MNHN) . Paratypes: same locality label as holotype, X.1936, 1 ♀ ( MRAC), 1♂ allotype ( MNHN) .
