Description. ♂ ( Fig. 104F View FIGURE 104 ). Fully winged; body length 1.6–1.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous and clypeus brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; antenna testaceous-brown; legs testaceous, except club of metafemur and metatibia slightly darkened; in ♂ specimens from Madagascar, 18°28.24’S 47°57.36’E and 23°02.667’S 43°36.917’E, legs testaceous, except part of metacoxa brown; in three specimens from Madagascar, 23°31.27’S 44°07.17’E, legs testaceous, except metacoxa, metafemur and metatibia brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:4:3.5:3.5:4:4:4:4:4:5.5. Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5.5; OL = 3; OOL = 3.5; OPL = 2; TL = 3. Mesoscutum dull, completely granulate. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli much longer than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (7:2). Mesoscutellum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures; in specimen from Madagascar, 21°15.99’S 47°25.21’E, mesoscutellum slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Mesopleuron dull, granulate. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas completely reticulate rugose (in three specimens from Madagascar, 23°31.27’S 44°07.17’E, median area partly smooth). Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein shorter than proximal part (4:8); 2R1 cell open; veins surrounding R an 1Cu cells diaphane (apparently only costal cell enclosed by pigmented veins). Volsella slightly shorter than paramere ( Fig. 108C View FIGURE 108 ). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
