Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.1–4.1 mm. Head completely reddish or black, except mandible and occasionally also clypeus testaceous; occasionally head black, except region between ocelli and occipital carina reddish; antenna completely testaceous, or brown, except scape and pedicel or also flagellomere 1 testaceous; mesosoma completely reddish, occasionally with metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity completely or partly black; metasoma black; legs testaceous. Head dull, setose, completely reticulate rugose; occasionally head granulate on sides of frontal line; occipital carina complete; ocellar triangle equilateral. Pronotum setose. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; in paratype with head reddish (in MOLC) notauli almost invisible. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; pterostigma short and narrow. Protarsomeres 1–4 in following proportions: 13:2:2:8. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 101A View FIGURE 101 ) with one row of five-six teeth and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 101A View FIGURE 101 ) with one preapical lamella and two bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/1.

In   GoogleMaps specimens from Uganda, Kichwamba   GoogleMaps , minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (8:3); in specimens from Yemen, 12 km NW Manakhah, minimum distance between notauli as long as temple: 7:7. Metapectal-propodeal   GoogleMaps disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, with two complete longitudinal keels (occasionally hardly visible); in specimens from Uganda, Kichwamba   GoogleMaps , and Tanzania, Kikolo Plot   GoogleMaps , propodeal declivity with median and lateral areas completely reticulate rugose; in specimens from Yemen, 12 km NW Manakhah, and from Tanzania, Mkomazi Game Reserve   GoogleMaps , propodeal declivity with median area partly shiny and unsculptured. In   GoogleMaps specimen from Kenya, 2.07836°S 38.22517°E, propodeal declivity with two incomplete longitudinal keels. Forewing   GoogleMaps hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs& Rs   GoogleMaps vein shorter than proximal part (10: 12 in specimens from Uganda, Kichwamba   GoogleMaps ; 7: 12 in specimens from Yemen, 12 km NW Manakhah); 2R1 cell open.
