Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 6.0– 6.6 mm. Yellow–testaceous, except petiole black and metasoma brown–reddish. In specimen from South Africa, 27°19.818’S 32°44.792’E, distal extremity of metasoma black. Occasionally ocellar triangle brown and metasoma totally yellow-testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:3:28:17:12:8:6:5:5:5. Head ( Fig. 125H View FIGURE 125 ) flat, dull, granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; OPL shorter than POL; OL = POL; temple short. Pronotum dull, granulate, with numerous keels on lateral regions; pronotum crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; posterior collar long; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, granulate, occasionally with few irregular keels (in specimen from South Africa, 27°19.818’S 32°44.792’E, mesoscutum slightly rugose). Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.5–0.7 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, granulate. Metapectal-propodeal disc slightly reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. In specimen from South Africa, 27°19.818’S 32°44.792’E, mesoscutellum rugose. Forewing with two brown transverse bands (in specimen from South Africa, 27°19.818’S 32°44.792’E, three brown transverse bands); distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsomere 1 shorter than 4 (18:22); protarsomeres 2 and 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 126E View FIGURE 126 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 12–15 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 126E View FIGURE 126 ) with two rows of 34–37 lamellae; apex with approximately 19 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

♂. Fully winged; body length 2.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except coxae, clubs of femora, mid and hind tibiae brown. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:3:11:7:6:6:6:6:5:7. Head dull, granulate, with slight tracks of areolae; frontal line absent; frons with median longitudinal hump from anterior ocellus to antennal toruli; occipital carina incomplete; POL = 5.6; OL = 2; OOL = 4; OPL = 1; TL = 0. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, granulate, with slight tracks of areolae. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesoscutum. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part; 2R1 cell closed. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
