Diagnosis. ♂ of Bocchus with head and mesoscutum reticulate rugose ( Fig. 112D View FIGURE 112 ); notauli complete; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels; genitalia with volsella slightly shorter than paramere; apex of basivolsella with one subdistal inner pointed apophysis ( Fig. 114A View FIGURE 114 ).

Description. ♂ ( Figs 112D View FIGURE 112 , 113 View FIGURE 113 ). Fully winged; body length 2.2–3.4 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, partly testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:7:9:8:7:7:6:6:5:7. Head ( Fig. 113C View FIGURE 113 ) dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 9; OPL = 8; TL = 5; greatest breadth of posterior ocellus longer than OL (3.5:2). Mesoscutum ( Fig. 113A View FIGURE 113 ), mesoscutellum and metanotum reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (9:3.5). In specimens from Madagascar, 16°13.41’S 46°08.37’E and 16°19.16’S 46°48.80’E, notauli hardly visible. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels, median area as rugose as lateral areas. Forewing ( Fig. 113D View FIGURE 113 ) hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (12:11); 2r-rs&Rs vein not S-shaped. Petiole short. Apex of paramere rounded ( Fig. 114A View FIGURE 114 ); apex of basivolsella broadened and with subdistal inner pointed apophysis ( Fig. 114A View FIGURE 114 ). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
