Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.8 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 6–10 brown; mesosoma black, except part of lateral regions of pronotum testaceous; petiole and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except meso- and metacoxa, clubs of meso- and metafemur and meso- and metatibia brown. Antenna clavate, short, with antennomeres 5–9 approximately as long as broad (6:5); antenno- meres in following proportions: 21:8:14:9:6:6:6:6:6:9. Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 13; OPL = 11; TL = 11; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OL (3:4). Pronotum crossed by strong transverse furrow, dull, with dorsal region slightly rugose and lateral regions crossed by strong transverse keels; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Areolae of metanotum broader than those of mesoscutum and mesoscutellum. Notauli absent. Mesopleuron dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, rugose, with few very large areolae (inner surface of areolae shiny and punctate); propodeal declivity shiny, with two complete longitudinal keels and median and lateral areas sculptured by numerous transverse keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (17:15); 2R1 cell open. Petiole long, much shorter than metasoma (13:67). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 22:3.5:4:15:20. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 110E View FIGURE 110 ) with one row of eight teeth and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 110E View FIGURE 110 ) with one preapical lamella, two bristles, a medial prominence and one long proximal lamella. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
