Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.6–5.5 mm. Head reddish, except brown ocellar spot; antenna brown, except scape and pedicel or also flagellomeres 1–2 reddish; mesosoma reddish; metasoma black-brown or browntestaceous; legs reddish. In specimen from Madagascar, 16°28.00’S 45°21.00’E, colour completely testaceousreddish, except antenna brown, ocellar triangle black and proximal half of metasoma black. In specimen from Madagascar, 19°58.65’S 44°39.92’E, metasoma brown, except distal third and ventral side of segment 1 testaceous. In specimen from Madagascar, 25°00.40’S 46°18.20’E, legs ferruginous, except one black spot on metacoxa and metatibia and club of metafemur slightly darkened; metasoma with proximal half brown and distal half testaceous. Antenna short, clavate, with antennomeres 5–9 approximately as long as broad; antennomeres in following proportions: 18:7:15:7:5.5:5:6:6:5:7. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose, setose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 15; OPL = 19; TL = 14; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli longer than OL (4:2). Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, setose, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels. Petiole long. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; pterostigma short and narrow. Protarsomeres 1–4 in following proportions: 12:2:3:12. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 115B View FIGURE 115 ) with one row of 11–13 teeth and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 115B View FIGURE 115 ) with one preapical lamella and two bristles. Tibial spurs 1/1/1.

♂. Fully   GoogleMaps winged; body length 2.4–2.6 mm. In   GoogleMaps specimen from Madagascar, 16°24.24’S 45°18.36’E, right notaulus slightly distinct and complete; in specimens from Madagascar, 18°01.35’S 44°03.02’E, mesoscutum with tracks of notauli hardly visible under special conditions of light. Metapectal-propodeal   GoogleMaps disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity with two irregular and incomplete longitudinal keels, median area partly shiny and punctate and lateral areas reticulate rugose. In   GoogleMaps specimen from Madagascar, 20°04.07’S 44°39.34’E, propodeal declivity with median area completely rugose, without smooth area. Forewing   GoogleMaps hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs& Rs   GoogleMaps vein longer than proximal part (13:10). Petiole   GoogleMaps short.
