Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.1–2.4 mm. Head testaceous, except vertex darkened; antenna testaceous; mesosoma testaceous; petiole black; metasoma testaceous, except posterior region black; legs testaceous. In specimen from Democratic Republic of the Congo, 04°16’S 17°11’E, head completely testaceous; antenna and mesosoma testaceous; metasoma brown, except first tergite testaceous-whitish; legs testaceous, except club of profemur and protibia partly brown-testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 6:4:4.5:3.5:3:3:3:3.5:3.5:5.5. Head flat, shiny, unsculptured; temple very prominent; frontal line absent; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind posterior ocell; POL = 1.5; OL = 1; OOL = 6. Palpal formula 4/2. Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, crossed by strong transverse impression. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, without lateral pointed apophyses. Metanotum sloping anteriorly, shiny, unsculptured, without lateral pointed protrusions. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron partly transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 9:2:3.5:7:13. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 212F View FIGURE 212 ) of holotype with one small subapical tooth and 2–5 short bristles. In specimen from Democratic Republic of the Congo, 04°16’S 17°11’E, enlarged claw without subapical tooth. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 212F View FIGURE 212 ) with one row of bristles and 1–2 subdistal lamellae; apex with approximately 4–5 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

Material examined. Type: ♀ holotype: SOUTH AFRICA: Gauteng, Pretoria Dist., Soutpan , 25°24’S 28°06’E, N.C. Grobbelaar leg. ( SANC) GoogleMaps . Paratype: same locality label as GoogleMaps holotype, 1♀ ( AMNH) . Other material: DEM- OCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO: Haut-Uele, Wamba Territory, Kikongo Mission , 04°16’S 17°11’E, 6.IV.2006, seeping on airstrip, S.L. Heydon & S.E. Stevenson leg., 1♀ ( DEUCD) GoogleMaps .
