Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 2.3 mm. Head brown-black, except mandible, anterior margin of frons, malar space, clypeus and short median longitudinal stripe near clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except scape testaceous; mesosoma black, except apex of propodeal declivity testaceous; petiole black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except part of coxae, trochanters, articulations and tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:4.5:12:7:5.5:5:5:5:5:7. Head excavated, shiny, slightly granulate; frontal line incomplete, not present in anterior third; occipital carina absent; POL = 1.5; OL = 1.5; OOL = 6.5. Palpal formula 4/2. Pronotum almost bare, crossed by strong transverse impression, with anterior collar shiny, unsculptured and with disc and sides slightly granulate. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, laterally without lateral pointed apophyses. Mesoscutellum shiny, smooth, flat. Metanotum short, dull, granulate and rugose, about coplanar to mesoscutellum; sides of metanotum rounded, not laterally protruding. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, almost bare, with anterior surface sculptured by numerous slight longitudinal striae; top of metapectal-propodeal disc with track of median longitudinal furrow; propodeal declivity, mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 12:2:3.5:10:16. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 175F View FIGURE 175 ) with one large subapical tooth and one row of five lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 175F View FIGURE 175 ) with two rows of 15 lamellae; apex with approximately nine lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
♂. Fully winged; body length 1.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna setose, filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 5:3:6:5:5:5:5:5:5:7; antennomere 3 about 3 × as long as broad: 6:2. Head setose, dull and granulate; frontal line absent; occipital carina absent; POL = 5; OL = 2; OOL = 3; vertex with track of two oval areas situated between lateral ocelli and eyes (areas not anteriorly surrounded by high carina). Palpal formula 4/2. Mesoscutum dull and strongly granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull and completely reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; 2R1 cell open; 2r-rs&Rs vein regularly curved, with distal part approximately as long as proximal part. Dorsal process of paramere ( Fig. 173C View FIGURE 173 ) long and with broad distal region; distal margin of dorsal process slightly serrate. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
