Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 4.1–4.4 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and malar space yellow; antenna brown, except antennomeres 4–7 yellow; mesosoma black, with reddish nuances on disc and lateral regions of pronotum; metasoma black; legs brown-yellow. In specimen from Ethiopia, Ambo, head black, except mandible and lateral margins of clypeus testaceous; mesosoma totally black, except lateral regions of pronotum partly testaceous. Head excavated, shiny, unsculptured, except occiput and anterior region of frons slightly rugose and granulate; POL = 6; OL = 6; OOL = 25. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, unsculptured, except lateral regions of collar and disc granulate and sculptured by longitudinal keels. Mesoscutum shiny, with many longitudinal keels, without lateral pointed apophyses. Mesoscutellum shiny, unsculptured. Metanotum shiny, not transversely striate, hollow behind mesoscutellum. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron transversely striate and with lateral pointed protrusion ( Fig. 240F View FIGURE 240 ). Metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomere 1 as long as 4. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 238D View FIGURE 238 ) with one small subapical tooth and 2–6 peg-like setae or bristles. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 238D View FIGURE 238 ) with inner side proximally not serrate and one row of 17 lamellae, or two rows of 3–4 (proximal) + 18–30 lamellae; apex with at least 8–20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
