Description. ♀. Micropterous; body length 2.7 mm. Head brown, except mandible testaceous and clypeus partly testaceous; mesosoma black, except sides of pronotum ferruginous; metasoma brown; legs brown, except junctions, tarsi, trochanters and part of coxae testaceous. Antennae clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 7:5:14:8: 7:4.5:4.5:4:3:5.5. Head flat, dull, granulate, except central area of frons completely unsculptured and shiny; occiput granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina incomplete, present behind and shortly on sides of lateral ocelli; temple distinct, very long; POL = 1; OL = 2; OOL = 7; OPL = 0.5. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum shiny, crossed by strong transverse impression, with many longitudinal striae around disc and on lateral regions. Mesoscutum shiny, sculptured by few longitudinal keels, without lateral pointed apophyses. Mesoscutellum shiny, smooth, sloping an- teriorly. Forewing reduced, very short, much shorter than mesoscutum, approximately as long as one third of mesos- cutellum. Hind wing absent. Metanotum deeply excavated behind mesoscutellum, very short. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, strongly sculptured by many longitudinal striae, except median unsculptured stripe; metapectal-propo- deal disc laterally rounded, not protruding; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron dull, granulate. Metapleuron dull, granulate and transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 12:3:5:13.5:22. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 248B View FIGURE 248 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of seven lamellae and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 248B View FIGURE 248 ) with two rows of 14 lamellae; apex with group of ap- proximately 16 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
