Brignoliolus caudatus (de Blauwe, 1973) comb. nov.

Comments. Females of this species can be distinguished from those of B. ovchinnikovi sp. nov. and B. vignai in having longer and slightly diverging epigynal teeth and a considerably shorter septum ( Figs 25–27 cf. Wang & Zhu 2009, figs 4, 34), and from that of B. arganoi by distinctly shorter epigynal teeth (see Wang & Zhu 2009, figs 1, 4).

Distribution. The species is known from several localities in Lebanon, at an altitude between 1400–2600 m.
