Type locality. “Arrayal de Bicudo” (= Rio da Casca ), state of Minas Gerais, Brazil .

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil ( Plt. 260A View Plate 260 ). Recorded in the Atlantic Forest ( Plt. 260A View Plate 260 ) at low to high elevations ( Plt. 260B View Plate 260 ). Observed in the field in forest ( Lema and Deiques, 2010).
