Type locality. State of Bahia, Brazil .

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil ( Plt. 262A View Plate 262 ). Recorded in northern Atlantic Forest ( Plt. 262A View Plate 262 ), mostly at low elevations ( Plt. 262B View Plate 262 ). Observed in the field in forest and disturbed areas ( Entiauspe-Neto et al., 2017).
