Type locality. Brazil .

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil ( Plt. 169A View Plate 169 ). Restricted to northern Atlantic Forest ( Plt. 169A View Plate 169 ) at low elevations ( Plt.169B View Plate 169 ).Observed in the field in forest and in contact areas between Atlantic Forest and Caatinga ( Guedes et al., 2014).
