Type locality. Trilha da Vitória , Vitória Island, Ilhabela, state of São Paulo, Brazil .

Distribution. Endemic to Brazil ( Plt. 73A View Plate 73 ). Recorded only at Vitória Island, Ilhabela, state of São Paulo ( Plt. 73A View Plate 73 ) at low elevation ( Plt. 73B View Plate 73 ). Observed in the field in secondary forest ( Barbo et al., 2012).
