Parascyphus simplex (Lamouroux, 1816) View in CoL

– a few sterile colonies assigned to Thyroscyphus tridentatus (Bale, 1894) were obtained from Gough Island (Ritchie 1909, Scotia material, depth 46 m). Additional records of this species are from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Vema Seamount (Vervoort & Watson 2003).
